But to upload using this method requires a version of Microsoft Visual Studio - a professional development tool which can be difficult to grasp for novices.

If you purchase standalone hosting you will receive an email with all your connection information as well as access to our knowledgebase for frequently asked questions.

If you purchase Linux hosting as part of a web design package you will also receive an email with your connection information as well as access to our knowledgebase for frequently asked questions.

If you purchase Asp.net hosting as part of a web design package you will NOT have access to your files on our servers - if you want the free monthly updates. Due to the more advanced nature of Asp.net hosting it is very easy for a novice to "break" a website while modifying files. Given that we freely update Asp.net sites once a month there is no need to access these files on the server -  we handle this complicated process for you.
